vonlates.com strongly recommends that you consult with your Doctor or a Women`s Health Therapist before beginning any exercise program. You should be at least 6-8 weeks postpartum ( 12 weeks for Cesarean Birth).
You should be in healthy physical condition and be able to participate in the exercise.
